Cinematographer, editor, strategist. Two years in post-production before ever taking a client. Diagnostic radiography graduate. Entrepreneur since 14. Adam founded Cramatic on the principle that content production demands structure, precision and creative intent — not just cameras. He leads every project, sets the creative direction and ensures every deliverable meets our standard.

Cramatic Certified

The Cramatic Certified Videographer Programme

We do not hire videographers the traditional way. Every videographer who joins our team goes through the Cramatic Certified Videographer Programme — a structured process designed to ensure consistency, quality and alignment with our production standard.

The programme teaches our shooting style, editing approach, client communication standards and production workflow. Videographers who complete the programme and prove themselves with real client work earn Cramatic Certified status and become part of our active production team.

This means every project we deliver — no matter who films it — meets the same level of quality. The same framing. The same pacing. The same attention to detail. Our system is bigger than any individual.
